If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, reply to your receipt or delivery email within 14 days of purchase and say "refund". That's the whole process. The refund is issued to your original payment method by Paddle, our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
This applies to every product we sell: Deal Analyzer Pro, the Due-Diligence Checklist Pack, and the Portfolio Tracker + STR Revenue Optimizer.
We don't claw back files. If the product wasn't for you but a checklist stays useful, keep it with our compliments.
